PS3 BETTER ONLINE??????????

ok so i have 100% connection but on black ops im usually on the orange bar. i set all of my settings on the ps3 to off that are hdmi and i changed my video settings to the lowest i can get them. but it doesnt help much (i live far out in the country also not in the city that might be part of the problem but i know i can get it to not lose connection alot)
