Is my blood sugar high?

So today at 3:39pm my bs was 88 the at 5pm I had mac n cheese and orange cream soda...then at 5:35pm I checked my bs again to see what it would be and it was 128. Is that normal? What is a normal blood sugar? I've heard it was 70-110....? :/
