I need HAIR HELP.......?

Alright, so I have a lot of questions. It started in October of last year. My hair is naturally a light dirty blonde. I dyed my hair the first time ever bright orange. (MISTAKE) I wanted to resemble Hayley williams, of paramore. Lol. After about 3-4 months of that, I dyed it every six weeks a bright red/orange. After getting tired of that, I put a brown over top the orange to calm it down a notch lol. And I (tried) dyed it a darker brown, but it turned put black. Soo, I used a product called color oops to take out the black, and now my hair is a mix of dark brown, blonde, orange, light brown. It's terrible. My ends are dead, I'm losing abnormal amounts of hair, etc. And I need to know what I should do. I did all the dyings myself. So If I go to a salon would they be able to dye it back blonde? Or should I let it grow out? And how do I get my hair healthy and thick again? PLEASE HELP. :(
