Cant remember the name of this computer video game i used to play...?

I'm trying to find out the name of a computer game i used to play, your a smiley face constantly moving vertically, if you hit the ceiling or the floor of the 2d map you bounce the opposite direction, the only control you have of it is right and left, when the level starts, you play as a light blue colored smiley and to get rid of the light blue colored bricks in the map, you have to touch them first because the color corresponds to the brick, afterwards you have to get rid of the colored bricks which you can only do if you change colors by touching a brick with a key inside that corresponds to that color, so like i wanna start getting rid of the orange bricks, so i have to touch an orange key block/brick and then you can delete orange bricks by touching them... its very old by the way, im probably never going to find it.
