17 week any suggestions?

When i sleep on my stomach or lays on it it feel like i am laying on a orange and it feels like it just rolled over in one spot and it kinda sometimes feel hot. Anyways what's happening during that and is it normal to feel that way. Also how did it feel when you layed on yours around 17 weeks.?
