Laptops with Intel atom processors, 1.60Ghz. Are they good enough for my needs?

Is this a single core or dual? I actually don't know if you can buy a laptop with a single now...anyways you want at least a dual core processor at 1.6 Ghz for Counter Strike this equals a 3.2 Ghz single core processor. Processors are pretty cheap as are laptops so anything at Wal-mart will do for your needs.
