What would be the best way.....?

Ok, I have dark redish blackish hair. I use to be a blonde. I recently thought about going back blonde, but when I try.... I do not want it to turn orange. Can anyone tell me the easiest way to dye it, without completely frying it? I dont want to use peroxide. Or nothing like that. Please help me out. I would really like any ideas.
