Should I still go run even though I ate this today?

I ate for breakfast-original cheerios with 2% milk Snack-an apple and orange cut together with lemon,a little salt,chili powder. Lunch-one bowl of home made posole soup and one tostada with nothing on it . Snack-Lots of nuts mixed with,cashews,m&m,nuts,almonds. I only drank water. so should i still go run after eating all this or just eat better tomorrow and run?
