Need the name to a anime.?

There is a anime that I been searching for, it came on the Encore channel or the Sci-Fi channel. It was about 2 main characters that had some sort of special armor that gave them power and they would spar from time to time and at the end the main villain had a gold mask with red eyes wearing a toga saying he was some sort of god, and when the 2 main characters teamed up they defeated the villain and the villain transformed into a more powerful being and had a yin yang mask. The 2 characters had some type of gem that gave them armor and powers, I also believe they flew as well. The villain at the end was a giant monster that looked like a Greek god with a gold mask, red eyes, and wearing a toga, when he was defeated he transformed into another monster that was a giant and had a yin yang mask with a black body. It really reminds me of twilight of the dark master. It was a movie I believe no episodes and I seen it late late 90's to 2001
