Is "The Place Promised in Our Early Days" a good movie?

It is a VERY good movie. Artistic, romantic, but like all Makoto Shinkai's works--it does have its depressing...more somber...love story moments. Though I can say, it does have a happy ending. Out of his 4 currently released movies, it's definitely the happiest one.
